Private access in Paris
Private access in Paris comes in two forms. A private guided visit built on public tickets with your own guide, bookable online from 200 euros per group. And a private opening arranged with the venue outside public hours, quoted per date. This hub explains the prices, the inclusions, and which one fits.
This hub is where we put the buying questions: what a private tour costs, what the price includes, and what you get for the money that a timed ticket does not give you. Every article here is written by the people who set the prices and run the visits.
Two kinds of private access
The first kind is a private guided visit. You and your group, your own guide, the venue’s public tickets bought and reserved for you, at a time chosen for fewer people. Our sunrise tours, the Louvre evening tour and the Versailles afternoon tour work this way, and all three book online with the live price shown before you pay.
The second kind is a private opening: the venue opens a part of itself for your group alone, outside public hours. These are arranged with each venue, quoted per date, and not listed with a price. Not everything we offer is on the site. If that is the visit you have in mind, tell us what you want through the contact form and we quote it.
Where to start
Read the price article first. It has the full table by group size and it says plainly when a tour is not worth paying for. The comparison pieces follow as they are published.
