It depends on the hour, and we say so. At sunrise the famous squares are almost empty. The Louvre and Versailles visits run in public hours, with fewer crowds than at midday. After closing there are no crowds at all: the venue is closed to the public, and your group is never merged with another.

Paris sunrise: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start, with a full refund; inside 24 hours the booking cannot be refunded.

The Louvre in the evening: cancel up to 72 hours before your visit for an 80 percent refund; no refund inside 72 hours.

Versailles in the late afternoon: cancel up to seven days before your visit for a 70 percent refund; no refund inside seven days, including bookings made less than seven days ahead; full refund if the palace closes or cancels.

Sunrise tours run rain or shine; Paris in the rain at dawn is still Paris. In extreme weather we cancel for your safety and refund you in full. The Louvre and the Opera visits are indoors.

Nicole or one of our concierges meets you in your hotel lobby. If the venue is close, you walk there together; otherwise a taxi takes you. Sunrise tours start at their meeting points.
