What makes this different from a daytime Louvre tour?
It is private and it is in the evening. Your group is the only one with your guide, and you visit on Wednesday or Friday after the day trip crowds have left, when the galleries are at their calmest.
How crowded is the Louvre in the evening?
Calmer than the midday peak, not empty. The day groups thin out after the late afternoon and the rooms are noticeably quieter, though it varies by week and by exhibition.
What time does it start?
At 18h00, and it runs to about 20h30, when the museum clears its rooms before closing. The Louvre sells entry in timed slots, so your exact entry time may move up to 30 minutes; we confirm it by email after you book.
Is my booking confirmed right away?
Yes. Payment confirms your evening. We then reserve your Louvre entry and email your exact entry time and meeting point.
How many people can join?
Up to six guests, your group only. For a larger party we arrange it directly, often as two small groups each with its own guide.
Are museum tickets included?
Yes. Your entry and the group reservation are included in the price.
Is it suitable for children?
